The Primary School Favours Auction on Friday 23rd November was a great success. A total of £4,064 was raised and more than fifty people attended the event which was the first in a bid to help bolster the school’s reduced budget.
Head teacher Alison Bellingham said: “I would like to say a big thank you to all those who helped organise the auction, to those people who attended and to all the businesses who kindly donated favours.”
“The money that has been raised will make a big difference to our reduced budget. It will go towards staff training and essential resources for the school.”
