Residents driving to Clifton Hampden and beyond should be aware that there are roadworks on Abingdon Road. As these block one side of the road (opposite the Village Hall), the contractor has installed temporary four-way traffic lights.
The lights are causing delays, even at quieter times of the day. You are advised to allow extra time for your journeys.
The Parish Council was not informed of these road works by Oxfordshire County Council. Information on the OneNetwork website states that the contractor responsible is CloudHQ Didcot Fibre GP Ltd and that the works will continue until 26th April.
