The Annual Parish Assembly will take place on Thursday 16th March at 7:30pm in the Village Hall. This is an opportunity for residents to hear from the Chairman of the Parish Council, District & County Councillors, community groups and other organisations in the village about their achievements over the past year and plans for the next twelve months.
Although our councillors will be there this meeting is really about what is going on in the village and is your opportunity to tell everyone what your club or group has been up to and is planning.
Village groups and organisations are invited to send a representative to give a short presentation at the meeting. Please contact the Parish Council Clerk Rhonda Hinson at longwittpc@hotmail.co.uk to book a slot without delay.
