The Fifth Annual Long Wittenham Fun Run & Walk will take place at 11am on Sunday May 27th 2012, starting and finishing at The Plough, Long Wittenham.
Please download an entry form (you will get 2 on a sheet so you can give one to a friend) and enter now to save queuing up on the day. This is a community event and as such the purpose of it being held is for participants to have fun, and the family to enjoy the day out with a barbecue and fine ales at the pub afterwards. Any proceeds will be put towards village causes. If you would like to raise money for your own chosen charity why not download a sponsor form and get sponsored?
All entries received before May 22nd will be acknowledged by email, and race numbers can be picked up on the day. (Please come to the front of the queue to pick up your pre-entered race numbers)
Parking is in the paddock on Fieldside - please don’t try and park at the Plough. When coming from the Didcot direction, turn right up the track before The Cross and the sharp right bend. When coming from Clifton Hampden go past the Plough and after the sharp left hand bend take the left hand turn up the track. Your will find the car park on your right. It’s about a 5 minute walk to the start. Take care crossing the road – it’s a nasty blind bend.
