The proprietors of Clifton Hampden Stores write:

We are living in unprecedented times and during this crisis we are doing our best to source the goods that people need us to provide.  Stocks at suppliers are limited and we are restricted in what we are able procure.  It is therefore necessary to follow the example of the Supermarkets and limit the sale of some items so we have enough to go round.  Rest assured we are working with our suppliers to maintain stocks.

Whilst stocks are difficult to procure, we are having to do far more trips to differing suppliers.  To help us maintain our supply and maintain a semblance of stock control we will need to temporarily reduce our opening hours.  Effective from Monday 23rd March our opening hours will be as follows:

SHOP: Monday to Friday 7am to 4:30pm, Saturday 7am to 12:30pm and Sunday 8am to 11am.

POST OFFICE: Monday to Friday 9:30am to 4pm, Saturday 9:30am to 12:30pm and Sunday Closed.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer home delivery, but we are working with community support groups to help supply those who are self isolating (see the Coronavirus Page).
