South Oxfordshire and the Vale of White Horse District Councils have decided that Didcot will be the home of their new offices.
The district councils will move into a new building that is proposed for the Didcot Gateway site opposite Didcot Parkway Station. The site is close to the centre of the town that sits on the border between the districts.
Early in 2020, plans for new offices in Crowmarsh were unveiled, but with the onset of Covid-19 and many council staff working from home, the councils have decided that they now need smaller offices.
