Village Spring Litter Pick & Swapshop will take place on Saturday 22 April at Long Wittenham Village Hall 10am – noon

On this occasion we will be joined by mums and children who will be running a stall selling delicious homemade cakes & treats to raise money for new playground equipment at Bodkins Field.

Litter Pick – come along to the village hall where you will be provided with HI Viz jackets, gloves, rubbish bags & litter pickers.  You then choose an area of the village that you would like to ‘Litter Pick’ and when you have done your sterling work you are rewarded with tea & cake, plus the pleasure of knowing you have had a part in keeping our village beautiful.  Children most welcome to join if accompanied by an adult – a great way to keep them occupied for an hour.  Enquiries to Clifford Bosley 01865 407482 cjbcibac@hotmail.com

Swapshop – set up to encourage the passing on of unwanted items rather than put them into landfill.

What can you bring? (Anything that others might want)
