Al Fresco Summer Safari Supper – Saturday 11th June 2016

Wittenham Warriors Charity Event

Come along and enjoy a very pleasant Summer’s evening full of fun, food and frivolity, meeting old friends and making new ones, and it is a great opportunity to join in if you are new to the village. The format will be:

7.00pm Meet in the village hall for a drink & chat
7.30pm Leave for starter course in your host’s house. You will be given details about where you are going when you arrive at the village hall
8.30pm Leave your starter course host & go to a different venue for the main course (details from your starter course host)
10pm Tear yourselves away from your main course hosts to meet up with all participants of the evening at the final location where you will be dazzled with a choice of scrumptious desserts and a bar.

Safari Suppers in the past have proved to be really enjoyable evenings & if you haven’t been before, please do come, as it is always great to see new faces. If you have attended in the past you won’t need much persuasion.

As usual the success of the event relies on quite a few people offering to host a course. Hosts can choose how many people they want to cater for – it’s usually between 6 and 10 (including yourselves) Hosts have the option of being provided with a payment of £2.50 pp for the main course, and £1.50 pp for a starter course plus they will be given a number of bottles of wine.

Tickets are £20 each and that includes supper & several glasses of wine

Cheques payable to The Wittenham Warriors.

If you would like to order tickets and/or offer to host a course, please email your reply/fill out this form.
