Close to the Veg is a small market garden, producing fresh fruit and vegetables for local people. Based on the Northmoor Trust Estate, near Wittenham Clumps, the produce is all grown using environmentally friendly methods and no chemicals. Clare Ferguson aims to create a thriving ecosystem where frogs, ladybirds and beetles take care of the pests, and the vegetables take care of themselves.
