Good news from our Footpath Warden, David Corney, who has been pressing Oxfordshire County Council to repair footbridges around the village. He has been advised as follows:
The footbridge (with collapsed handrail) on the footpath which runs from the rear of the Vine & Spice up to Sires Hill is to be replaced before the end of the year.
The footbridge over Moor Ditch on the footpath to Appleford is to be refurbished after harvest.
