See a map showing the extent of the closure and diversions.

Pity the poor motorists who try to use the diversion route via Sires Hill – as there is a closure already identifed on one of the diversion routes (see below)!!
The Parish Council has been advised by the Traffic Regulations Team at Oxfordshire County Council (OCC) that it will be necessary to close the unnamed road between Hill Harm and the junction with Little Wittenham Road whilst fire hydrant repair and maintenance works are carried out. The temporary closure will operate from the 10th August 2020 up to and including the 12th August 2020. This is a 24 hour per day closure.
Where’s the Brewery?!!
This morning anyone coming up from Didcot would have got as far as The Cross and encountered a “Road Closed” sign with no advanced warning and, either do as I did and ignore it and drive on to Clifton H. (and back again) or else turn around and go back. Ditto anyone coming from Clifton Hampden direction.
Does anyone know what is meant by “off peak closure”?
Hi folks, so what is off peak?
Times please?
How long has this been known by Parish
Council please??
Look forward to your reply
The Parish Council was not advised of the closure until the day that it started (10th August).
That’s a bit rubbish!
