Residents will be aware that the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee celebrations on Sunday 5th June include a children’s parade from St Mary’s Church to The Plough Inn.
To make this possible and safe, the High Street will be closed to traffic on the day from 1pm to 2pm. Road Closure signs will be be displayed at the appropriate time and locations.
For those not participating in the the Jubilee celebrations, please accept the organisers’ apologies for any inconvenience the closure may cause.
