We understand that some residents are having problems trying to make comments about the Kler appeal using the online link. It does work, but the steps required might not be obvious:

On the right hand side there is an option to “Search for a case”. Enter the last seven digits of the case reference “3220743” here.
This should take you to a screen which confirms the full case reference and gives the basic details. In the top right click “Make representation”.
From here you will encounter a series of screens that allow you to enter your details and your comments. On each completed screen press “Save and continue”.
Once all screens are complete, you can click a confirmation box and press “Submit”. You will receive an email confirming your submission.
Remember, the appeal consultation closes on 10th April, so make your comments without delay.
