The Parish Council has now been advised that Kler’s planning application to realign the Didcot Road to facilitate the entrance to the site of their housing development on the corner of Fieldside and Didcot Road will NOT be considered by South Oxfordshire District Council’s (SODC) Planning Committee on Wednesday 17th October. This is to allow time for the committee to make a site visit.
The next opportunity for the application to be considered will be on Wednesday 7th November. If and when this is confirmed, residents will be informed via this website.

When the date is confirmed it would would send a strong message to Planning Committee if we could get a large number of residents to the meeting and for you to elect a spokesperson to make your views known.
Last time Planning Committee voted to reject the Kler plans but were over ruled at a Public Inquiry. We can try to get Planning Committee onboard again and this time their is no Public Inquiry around the corner.
