Residents who have been following the long saga of Mr Simon Courtney-Worthy and his illegal development of land next to the river off Ward’s Field, will be interested to hear that he appeared in court recently for failing to comply with planning enforcement orders issued by South Oxfordshire District Council (SODC).
He was fined £13,000 and ordered to pay more than £5,000 in costs. He now has three months to comply with the enforcement notices or face another prosecution.
