Good progress was made on the Pump Track at Acklings yesterday (19th June). What started as three huge piles of soil is now looking decidedly like a pump track, thanks to the team of volunteers.
People are signed up for today, but a few more would be welcome – many hands make light work!
So, if you are at a loose end and fancy some fresh air and a bit of exercise, please come along between 9am and 5pm. You will be given a warm welcome, lunch and a nice bit of cake.
Dear All, The track is looking great BUT it is not ready to be used yet.
It still needs another layer of special gravel on top. Please don’t try to use it until we have finished as it will be very easy to wreck all that we have done.
