Redcoats at The Plough

The Mikron Theatre Company will be performing this Sunday (28th) at The Plough Inn starting at 3.30pm.  This year’s show is all about the Butlins Redcoats and as ever, the show is free, although the cast will be going around the audience with a hat to collect voluntary contributions.

For those who don’t want to cook Sunday lunch in the heat, The Plough will be serving takeaway fish & chips for the show at £7.95.  If you wish to order fish & chips please arrive earlier than the show start time.  Alternatively, you can call 01865 407738 to pre-book.

Bring foldable chairs or picnic blankets.  Don’t worry about any rain showers because there will be a marquee.  The Garden Bar will be open serving all the usual drinks.  Whilst The Plough is happy for people to bring picnics, please do not bring drinks, as they are the only revenue the pub generates from the event.  The garden and marquee are given free to Mikron Theatre.

There is more information about the show on the Mikron website.
