Every year, Oxfordshire Historic Churches Trust (OHCT) organises the Ride and Stride event to raise money to keep our wonderful historic churches maintained and cared for. Both St Mary’s and St Peter’s have benefitted from grants given by OHCT.
Individuals or groups are sponsored to travel by foot, bicycle or horse to as many churches in Oxfordshire as they can. Participating churches provide a welcome and refreshments and sign in the riders and striders.
