Social Care Consultation

Residents are being encouraged to share their experiences of adult social care to help Oxfordshire County Council (OCC) shape and improve the services it offers.

In support of the “Because we all care”, a new campaign from the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and Healthwatch England, OCC is calling everybody to do their part to help shape the feature of social care services.

The new campaign comes at a time where challenging circumstances have highlighted the work and contributions of adult social care staff and with more people receiving care and support than ever before.

Research from the CQC and Healthwatch has determined that nearly two thirds of us are more grateful for the services they receive and would be more willing to support their local social care services on the back of the Covid-19 pandemic.

Visit the CQC website for information about the national campaign.
