South Oxfordshire and Vale of White Horse District Councils have identified the need to build a significant number of new homes over the next 14 to 16 years.
The number of new homes needed, and the areas where they will be built, are detailed in the South Oxfordshire and Vale of White Horse Local Plans.
The two councils have published a draft Joint Housing Delivery Strategy. If adopted, this strategy will guide how the new homes are delivered and help to ensure that the types of homes provided meet the various needs of our communities.
