Residents will be pleased to hear that planning permission has recently been granted for much needed new facilities at St Mary’s Church including an extension to the north aisle to provide a WC with wheelchair access.
Now the task of raising the funds to pay for this begins and the Friends of St Mary’s will be making a start by hosting a barn dance on Saturday 6th May in the village hall.
