Changes to Long Wittenham’s twice weekly bus service to Didcot are being introduced on Monday 3rd August.
Going Forward Buses runs the service on Mondays and there are two buses on Wednesdays. As from Monday 3rd, the bus from the village will leave at 9.58am. On Wednesdays the services will depart at 10.15am and 1.08pm.
The bus company says that it has introduced the changes to improve timekeeping in the light of prevailing traffic conditions. It will also allow a break for the driver to be changed from the railway station to the Tesco stores because there are no facilities currently available at the station.

More timetable changes are expected in September when schools in the Berinsfield area return.
