Vanderbilt Homes has submitted a further planning application for the housing development on the corner of Fieldside and Didcot Road.
This is another ‘discharge of conditions’ which means that it deals with the conditions specified by the planning inspector when the outline planning permission was granted for the site in January 2018.
The application contains a number of documents and plans relating to materials, refuse and recycling, estate roads, landscaping and below ground works. See the included covering letter for more details.
