Vanderbilt Homes has submitted more amendments to its planning application for the housing development on the corner of Fieldside and Didcot Road.
These amendments are ‘discharge of conditions’ which means they deal with the conditions specified by the planning inspector when the outline planning permission was granted for the site in January 2018.
The amendments are dated 25th March 2021 and contain revised landscape and planting plans and a revised play area strategy document. Unfortunately, Vanderbilt has not provided any details of how the revised documents differ from the previous versions.
