County Council Elections

Polling will take place on Thursday 1st May to elect sixty-nine councillors to Oxfordshire County Council.

Our current councillor, Dr Pete Sudbury, who represents the Green Party, is standing down at the election.  He was first elected in 2019.

Long Wittenham is currently in the Wallingford division, but from this election it will be in a new division – Cholsey & The Hagbournes.

The full list of candidates has yet to be published, but when it is, it will be available on the Who Can I Vote For? website.

The map below shows the boundaries of the Cholsey & The Hagbournes division.

They should have called it Cholsey & The Wittenhams.

  2. Lynda Atkins says:

I was always very proud to represent Long Wittenham on the County Council, so I’m sorry you’ll be leaving what was my division. You’ll flourish anywhere!
