Easter Waste and Recycling Collections
Owing to the Easter bank holidays, upcoming waste and recycling bin collections will be a day later than usual.

May Morning Celebration
Wittenham Singers will be celebrating May Morning with songs and poems at the Little Wittenham Manor Estate on 1st May at 6:30 am.

Brush Party
The Friends of St Mary’s are holding a Brush Party on Friday 9th May starting at 7pm in the Village Hall.
Enjoy a few hours of fun, friends and creativity, producing a beautiful painting in acrylics under the guidance of a professional artist.

Upgrade of Acklings Playground
The Parish Council has been planning for a couple of years to upgrade facilities at Acklings.
Applications for grants from South Oxfordshire District Council and the charity FCC Communities Foundation have been successful and the project can now proceed. These grants will cover the total cost of the project. Continue reading

Bus Services Review
A number of bus services which are financially supported by Oxfordshire County Council (OCC) are under review. This includes the 95 service which runs from Didcot to Culham Campus via Long Wittenham.
