Pendon Museum has asked the Parish Council to let residents know that on Saturday 2nd November it will be staying open until 6pm preceding village bonfire night, with free entry for the local community.

Residents who are signed up with South Oxfordshire District Council (SODC) for brown bin collections can have extra garden waste collected on Friday 1st November.
Householders will be able to put out a maximum of up to four additional sacks of garden waste, per brown bin subscription, next to their brown bin. Continue reading
The Parish Council has been advised by South Oxfordshire District Council (SODC) of a new planning application within the village.
The application, at The Clock House, Long Wittenham, is for minor internal alterations and replacement of external doors/windows within the southeastern wing.
