Parish Councillor David Corney has decided to step down from the council.
Cllr Corney joined the council in July 2022 having previously been the village’s footpath warden. He set up the current Community Speedwatch team in January 2023 and it has been very effective in monitoring speeding in the village and warning rogue drivers. Continue reading

Thanks to everyone, including the youngsters, who turned out for the Village Litter Pick yesterday (Saturday 18th October) morning to help keep our village looking tidy.
Lots of rubbish was collected from all parts of the village (see below) and afterwards, the zealous pickers enjoyed delicious lemon drizzle cake with tea and coffee in the Village Hall. Continue reading

Take your boxes/bags of clean apples to the Wood Centre between 10am and noon for juicing. The bottled juice wil ready for collection from 1:3pm.
