South Oxfordshire District Council (SODC) has approved the reserved matters planning application for the Vanderbilt Homes development on the corner of Fieldside and Didcot Road.
Outline planning permission was granted for the site in January 2018. This application provides details of the overall layout and the type and mix of houses that will be built.
