Each year for Remembrance, with the help from villagers of all age groups, we have made our Bus Shelter a real showcase.
This year we would love you to knit, crochet or make poppies that are okay for outdoors … and we are bringing in a new colour of yellow (to represent munitions workers as their skin turned yellow).
So, PLEASE make a Poppy (see the pattern below) or more than one so that we can make a Cascade by the bus shelter. Pop them into my letterbox at Keswick, High Street, by 30th October.
