The Parish Council has had a new swing set installed at Bodkins Playground. The previous set, which was over twenty years old, was removed in August following a RoSPA safety report which advised that it was unsafe.
The new swing set includes a parent and child ‘Tango Seat’ which was funded by a grant from our District Councillor Community Fund.

Hi, just to let you know that we had to wait for the swings to pass a safety inspection and leave them long enough for the footings to cure fully. The barriers should be removed in the next couple of days. We hope you and your children enjoy using them.
