Be Considerate of Other Residents

A resident has asked the Parish Council to remind people to be considerate of neighbours when lighting garden bonfires.

As we enter the time of year when many residents may wish to burn leaves and other garden waste, the council asks that you think about the impact this may have on neighbouring properties.

A simple conversation with your neighbours may be all that is required to ensure that the bonfire does not cause problems.

The council also reminds residents that general and garden waste can be disposed of at the Local Recycling Centres, and garden waste through the Garden Waste Collection Service offered by South Oxfordshire District Council.
