Vanderbilt Homes submitted the ‘Reserved Matters’ planning application for its housing development on the corner of Fieldside and Didcot Road in November last year. The application covered issues such as landscaping, layout and design, scale, and market and affordable housing mix.
Following a wealth of adverse comments by statuary bodies, the Parish Council and many residents, Vanderbilt has now submitted revised plans. These can be view on the South Oxfordshire District Council (SODC) website (2020-03-03 Amended Plans):
