The Parish Council has been asked to promote the Riverside Counselling Service, a charity which is supporting the mental health and emotional well-being of adults and young people across South Oxfordshire.
Riverside supports adults and young people from the age of 12 years with a wide range of mental health issues and concerns including anxiety and depression, bereavement, self-harm, abuse, and many more complex issues.
Its team of qualified counsellors offer one to one counselling in Henley, Wallingford, Didcot and Berinsfield, drop in services, support groups, courses and workshops. The services are currently operating remotely, either by phone or video calls.
