Residents may have noticed that Vanderbilt Homes, the company that is building the housing estate on the corner of Fieldside and the Didcot Road, has undergone a name change. It is now Elivia Homes.
Crayfern Homes, a company based in Hampshire, West Sussex and Dorset was acquired by Vanderbilt in 2019. The resulting new company has been rebranded as Elivia Homes. Vanderbilt Homes was founded in 2004 and now operates as the company’s Central region, while Crayfern Homes was founded in 1992 and operates as its Southern region.
