The Parish Council has been informed by West Waddy ADP that they have submitted a planning application to South Oxfordshire District Council (SODC) for the development of twenty nine houses on the field next to Bodkin’s Field. We expect the application to appear on the SODC Planning website in the next couple of weeks.
To support the application they have prepared a Statement of Community Involvement (SCI). The aim of an SCI is to provide information on the process and outcomes of the variety of consultations which have taken place with the local community, including local service leaders, stakeholders, authorities and residents, relating to the development proposal.
The comments made by residents to the recent leaflet consultation are included in appendix 6 and West Waddy’s responses to the issues raised are in section 5.
