I had often wondered how the description “Garden Town” applied to the concrete, tarmac and brick jungle which is the ridiculously expanded Didcot but it is as you sit in the traffic jam trying to get in or out of Didcot and see the weeds and buddleja growing out of the kerbs along the roads and roundabouts that I can see why!!
