We are very lucky in Long Wittenham to have a particularly good, Grade 1 listed, church, which is available for marriages, baptisms and funerals to all in the parish.
However, having an historic building comes at a price and this is where the Friends of St Mary’s Church comes in. We are a charity which aims to provide the little extras that that improve the ambiance of the building and makes visitors want to return. Thus ensuring the church building remains a centre of village life.
