Residents will be pleased to hear that some improvements have been made at the Acklings playground.
The Pump Track has been weeded and re-surfaced; the basketball court has been enlarged by 40%; and the area in front of the main gateway has been levelled and resurfaced allowing the gate to swing fully open for pushchairs and wheelchairs.

Still a shame the football goals couldn’t be moved back, so many happy memories playing football well into darkness when the goals were there. Thank you to those that did the work. My kids fell off the mini-cliff at the end of the basketball court so many times.
