The Parish Council has been advised that the appointed Planning Inspectors will hold Part 3 hearing sessions for the South Oxfordshire and Vale of White Horse Joint Local Plan commencing at 9.30am on Tuesday 17th November 2026 at Bee House, 140 Eastern Avenue, Park Drive, Milton, Abingdon, OX14 4SB.
Part 3 Guidance Notes have been prepared by the Inspectors. These contain information on the procedural and administrative aspects of the process. The Inspectors’ Part 3 Matters, Issues and Questions provide the framework for any further written submissions and provide the foundation for discussions during the hearing sessions. The Part 3 Hearing Programme sets out the schedule for the Hearings.
