The village poppy appeal volunteers will be visiting all parts of the village over the coming days until Remembrance Sunday (12th November).
This year, residents have the option to pay online via a QR code that can be scanned when the poppy seller comes. Paying with cash is still an option. The poppy sellers don’t just sell poppies – there are other products available.
The act of remembrance in the village will take place at 10:55am on Saturday 11th November at the war memorial in front of the primary school.
