The Parish Council has been advised by the Network Management Team at Oxfordshire County Council (OCC) that, in the interests of public safety, it will be necessary for OCC to close the High Street at Clifton Hampden on 9th August 2020 between 6am and 1pm. This is to facilitate traffic signals investigation works.
Access will be maintained for emergency service vehicles and for those frontages within the closure area, subject to the progress of the works and liaison with the works supervisor.
Download the plan showing the extent of the closure and alternative routes for traffic.
Further information regarding the works may be obtained by contacting Andrew Clark, OCC, on 0345 3101111 quoting reference T7999/AC.
Doesn’t give you much confidence in the council when they misspell “Clifton Hampden” on their map.
