The Annual Parish Assembly will take place on Thursday 12th March at 7:30pm in the Village Hall.
This is an opportunity for residents to hear from the Chairman of the Parish Council, District & County Councillors, community groups and other organisations in the village about their achievements over the past year and plans for the next twelve months.
Although our councillors will be there, this meeting is really about what is going on in the village and is your opportunity to tell everyone what your club or group has been up to and is planning.
The Parish Clerk has already contacted the groups that usually contribute but if you represent a village organisation that has not previously participated in the assembly and you would like to do so, please contact the Clerk at longwittpc@hotmail.co.uk.
