The Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust has asked the Parish Council to make residents aware of TalkingSpace Plus.
TalkingSpace Plus is a free NHS service delivering talking therapies to anyone aged eighteen and over, and living in the local area, who is finding it hard coping with low mood, stress and worry.
TalkingSpace Plus was established in 2009 and it has treated over 100,000 people suffering from anxiety and depression. It follows a stepped care model to decide which intervention is most appropriate for the patient.
