As part of the activities to raise funds for the purchase of new play equipment at Bodkin’s Field, the Wittenham Warriors invite all fun seeking ladies in the village to Elm Close House on Friday 7th July from 7pm to 10pm for a “Girls Just Wanna Have Fun” evening. There will be a donations wine bar, dancing to ‘Big Boys Band’, boat rides and a raffle.

A group of 8 Long Wittenham lunatics will be taking part in a 24 hour relay event called Endure24 over the weekend of the 10th/11th June with their aim being to run as many 5 mile laps of the all terrain circuit as possible over a 24 hour period.

The same service will also be offered in St Peter’s in Little Wittenham at the same time for those unable to climb the Clumps.
