Forest scientist, author and co-founder of Sylva Foundation, Dr Gabriel Hemery, will be speaking at St. Mary’s Church, on Friday 23rd February starting at 7:30pm.
Gabriel will provide insights into his contributions to local trees and woodlands in recent years.
His talk will also introduce his latest book, The Tree Almanac, which uncovers both the majesty and the minutiae of the woodland world. Signed copies of the book will be available for purchase.
The event is being held on behalf of the Friends of St. Mary’s Church. Entry will be £5 payable on the door and refreshments will be available from a donations bar.
