Vanderbilt Homes has submitted a further planning application for its housing development on the corner of Fieldside and Didcot Road.
This is another ‘discharge of conditions’, which means that it deals with the conditions specified by the planning inspector when the outline planning permission was granted for the site in January 2018.
This application contains an Energy Statement, prepared by a company called Energist, which sets out how Vanderbilt will meet the energy standard required for the development.

The application is not subject to public consultation but any comments can be directed to the case officer, Amanda Rendell, at planning@southoxon.gov.uk quoting the planning application reference P21/S1299/DIS.
