Planning Application
The Parish Council has been advised by South Oxfordshire District Council (SODC) of a new planning application within the village.
The application, at Frenchs Cottage, High Street, Long Wittenham, is for the construction of a two storey extension to the rear of the existing building with internal alterations to form a new shower room, boot room, office and staircase, and additional new windows to the side elevation. The Magic Flute
Opera lovers will be excited to hear that Opera Anywhere is returning to Long Wittenham to perform Mozart’s enchanting opera The Magic Flute at St Mary’s Church at 7:30pm on Friday 14th June.
The show will be presented by the The Friends of St Mary’s, in aid of the church.
