Preschool Craft Session

Join in Pendon Museum’s family fun for preschoolers with crafts, activities and storytelling for under 5’s on Monday 14th July from 10.30am to 12pm.

There will be refreshments available, on-site parking, an accessible toilet with baby changing facilities and a small tea room with a kettle, but no microwave. Continue reading

Pendon Museum Pop-up Café

The pop-up café at Pendon Museum will be open again on Wednesday 9th July from 10am to 12:30pm.

This is a free drop-in event, with just a small charge for drinks and cake to cover the costs.  All donations from the cakes go to support a local group, so please go along and support it if you can. Continue reading

Acklings Playground Opening

Last Friday 27th June, on a beautiful sunny afternoon, the Parish Council was delighted to officially open the new children’s playground at Acklings.

Over thirty children with their families turned up to see Anthi Michellis, aged six and daughter of the project designer, cut the ribbon.  The children swarmed over the area, testing out the new equipment which cost almost £100k to build. Continue reading
