Pendon Museum Pop-up Café
The pop-up café at Pendon Museum will be open again on Wednesday 13th September from 9:30am to 12noon.
This is a free drop-in event, with just a small charge for drinks and cake to cover the costs. All donations from the cakes go to support a local group, so please go along and support it if you can. Continue reading
Planning Application
The Parish Council has been advised by South Oxfordshire District Council (SODC) of a new planning application within the village.
The application, at 52 Saxons Heath, Long Wittenham, is for the demolition of existing conservatory and a single storey rear extension.

The village Pre-School will be running another of its popular Quiz Nights at the village hall on Friday 29th September starting at 7:30pm.

After a hiatus of four years, residents will be pleased to hear that there will be a Village Apple Day this year.

The charity Medicalert has asked the Parish Council to promote a new initiative that can make a difference to people living with dementia and Alzheimer’s.
